That’s why we proudly offer a 15-Year Limited Warranty on our residential and commercial floor coatings.
Our warranty covers:
Peeling, delamination, or lifting of the coating from the surface.
Premature cracking or chipping caused by adhesion failure.
UV damage or discoloration when polyaspartic systems are used.
Normal wear and tear protection under recommended usage conditions.
If any of these issues occur, ARQ Floor Coatings will repair or recoat the affected area at no cost to you, subject to the terms of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Surface damage caused by improper use, heavy impact, or neglect.
Structural movement, concrete cracks, or moisture vapor transmission.
Damage due to acid spills, battery leaks, or abrasive chemicals.
Color variations resulting from improper maintenance or external conditions.
To remain valid, this warranty requires that:
The coating was installed by ARQ Floor Coatings or an authorized installer.
The surface has been properly maintained and cleaned.
No modifications or repairs have been made by outside contractors.
